the swiss Grindelwald circuit from GT2 will be in GT5, or at least come out at a later date as DLC.

Same here. I used to be able to buy stuff from the US and HK stores with some european credit cards, but it doesn't work anymore. SCE must have done something about it, I don't know what exactly though. Last year it worked for example, and a few months later I tried buying more PS1 classics off the US/HK stores, and got that message, even after double-checking everything. :(
